How do I change my state?
Open the app, go to Profile, and tap your state under the “State” section. You can switch anytime.
How do subscriptions work?
Permit Pass Premium is available as Weekly, Monthly, or Annual auto-renewing subscriptions. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
Is Permit Pass free? Does it have ads?
Yes, Permit Pass is free to use and is supported by ads on the free plan (for example, after you finish a quiz). Upgrading to Premium removes ads and unlocks unlimited practice and full-length DMV exam simulations.
How do I restore a purchase?
On the Premium screen (or in Settings), tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile › Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
Is Permit Pass affiliated with the DMV?
No. Permit Pass is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state Department of Motor Vehicles or government agency.
